Description
En tant que développeur sur le projet trade-off de système de protection HW, nous souhaiterions faire des recherches sur des composants destinés à insérer des temps morts sur des MLI (modulation à largeur d'impulsion, PWM en anglais). Ces composants peuvent se présenter sous la forme de drivers, composant ou circuit.
Nous souhaiterions avoir une documentation résumant pour chaque composants que vous trouverez si ils existent : le prix, la surface du composant (avec les broches), le nombre de broches, si le composant respecte la norme automotives (AEC Q100).
